This course covers recognition and treatment of cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, pharmacology, stroke, acute coronary syndrome, and post-cardiac arrest care. Additionally, we cover all aspects of communication including team dynamics and being an effective team member and leader of an adult resuscitation attempt. This class is typically taken by physicians, nurses, paramedics, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, & students in a healthcare field.
